TalKesher Staffing provides staffing intake, candidate profiles, employer profiles, job posting workflows, resume review, and matching support. Website use does not guarantee employment, hiring, placement, compensation, interview selection, credential acceptance, or role availability.
Candidate responsibility
Candidates must provide accurate and current information, including experience, credentials, work authorization status where applicable, availability, and contact information. Candidates should review AI-extracted information before submitting a profile.
Employer responsibility
Employers must submit accurate role descriptions, pay information, work location, requirements, and lawful hiring criteria. Employers are responsible for compliance with applicable employment, wage, classification, and non-discrimination laws.
Review and matching tools
Resume review and match scores are support outputs only. Human review remains required before making hiring, placement, compliance, credentialing, or employment decisions.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit false profiles, unauthorized job postings, malicious files, discriminatory role criteria, or content that violates applicable law.
